With stringent limitations being imposed to comply with the requirements of SBEM, natural ventilation and sustainable and energy efficient elements were incorporated into the design package to provide a low carbon solution. The building boasts a glazed reception foyer, office accommodation including a low energy lighting scheme, gymnasium, changing and hospitality areas, all supported by free hot water and heat pump technologies.
