It is often prudent to initially assess at acquisition or concept stage, refurbishment or rental, a buildings potential in respect of carbon reduction of building services upgrades.

Guidance in respect to the most viable and suitable systems are provided along with supporting information such as expected capital cost, payback and where necessary potential net present value of the systems in the future.

A building should be considered from both a passive an active approach, where possible and suggestions to the design team should be presented complete with relevant factual data.
