Having ranked among the highest scoring consultants at tender stage for this 4 year London and Quadrant Housing Trust framework, the placement has made a fantastic start to 2020.
Covering full design services on new build and refurbishment projects to all L&Q properties outside of London (home counties), the £12m framework will facilitate the ongoing commitment to build new homes, whilst continuing to maintain their expansive existing housing stock.
