Having ranked among the highest scoring practices at tender stage for Lot 4 – Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services & Surveying – Value Bands 1 & 2, we have earned our place on this 4-year procurement framework, which is open for use by all local authorities.
Covering the production of affordable and sustainable engineering design, for new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m, the framework allows us to provide our core specialist services in building services design, lighting design, feasibility services, low carbon reports, surveys and audits.
