Extension of existing village hall to create 1400sqft of additional space.

Pi provided M&E Consultancy Design Services to existing village hall new extension including;
incoming water main upgrade, gas incoming utility upgrade, new M&E services design and interfaces with the existing village hall.
Works had to be designed to be carried out without disturbing the daily running of the Pre-School in the existing building.
