A full Mechanical & Electrical design was carried out following a report which identified the necessary to increase existing storage to suit the extension of Pier 1A with enhanced aircraft docking capability at Gatwick Airport. The works included External lighting, Internal LED lighting, high bay radiant heating and an overall compliance with SBEM. Allowance was made to support the future ability to service 2 No. tenants within the unit and provide maximum rental revenue returns.
